New Vicar - Coming This August

Our new vicar is William Northend. William and his wife Mary have been married for 26 years. William grew up in the Episcopalian church, changed to Presbyterian after college, and in the early 1990’s at a new mission start in Brentwood, California, became Lutheran. William received his degree in recreation administration from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California and spent 20 years as a stockbroker with Morgan Stanley and 5 years with the Boy Scouts of America. Mary is a preschool teacher/director. William and Mary have two daughters in college, Danica, who is married and in L.A., and Kelsey, who is in Santa Barbara. William enjoys travel, theater, and woodworking and has always wanted to play the bagpipes.
